Terms and Conditions

Mail, Internet and Telephone Orders

Our goal is to ship component orders received by 1:00 pm on the same day. During the busiest times of the year, this may take until the next day. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours unless items are out of stock. We will notify you of any backorders.

Payment

Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Orders mailed in with personal check enclosed will not ship until check has cleared.

Damaged Goods/Shortages

If you receive damage goods you must contact the shipper—DHL or UPS and notify them of a damage claim. Then contact us, and we will re-ship your order. You will be charged until the claim is settled, then a refund will be issued. As to shortages, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

Returns

Items can be returned in unused, new condition for exchange or refund. Items returned after 30 days from date of invoice will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed for custom assembled club orders.

Warranty

All components carry the manufacturers warranties, usually 1 year for all club heads and steel shafts. Graphite shafts carry a 3 year to lifetime warranty, depending on the manufacturer.  Improper installation or trimming will void these warranties. Our Custom Made clubs carry a 1 year warranty on labor, steel shafts and clubheads, 3 years to limited lifetime warranty on graphite shafts.

Backorders

Backorders can occur, and will be filled as soon as possible. Backorders over 30 days old will be deleted unless you request that it be kept on file until filled.

Taxes

Ohio residents purchasing from our showroom, over the telephone or internet are subject to sales tax. You must have a current valid Tax Exempt form on file to be considered tax exempt.

Shipping Charges For All Orders:

All orders up to $150.00 will be charged our low weight based shipping fees.

All Orders over $150.00 will be shipped Free. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect these changes. The above shipping rates apply to Continental USA only. We will quote rates outside the Continental USA. All International Orders will be e-mailed a shipping quote once we determine the most econimical mode of shipping.

All Orders, including Free Shipping offer, will be shipped via UPS or USPS Ground.

2nd Day, 3 Day Shipping, when requested, will be charged the difference between the Ground Rate and the 2 or 3 day rates.
